How I can help
I offer specialist therapy for eating disorders and OCD, on Zoom or face-to-face. I have extensive experience working in these areas in the NHS at South West London and St Georges NHS Mental Health Trust. For OCD I use CBT with ERP designed collaboratively with you to tackle your particular themes. For eating disorders we focus on stability using a meal plan and decoupling body image from food.

About me
Specialist therapy for OCD and Eating Disorders so you can live a happier, healthier life. You can recover.
Therapy is a collaborative and creative exploration. My overall approach is Person-centred, which means meeting you where you are. I use CBT and ERP for specific problems.
My emphasis is on helping you to live well according to your values. Together we can explore how your life experiences impact your attitudes and relationships in the present: my aim is to support and guide you through an unflinching look at your life, helping you to let go of the past and live richly and creatively in the present.
I love this work, it’s a privilege and a joy to help people live better. I have long experience with eating disorders and OCD in the NHS. I still work there part time in a specialist team. This gives me the opportunity to continue to learn from colleagues and patients, and also to contribute to and support the NHS.
If you’re ready to take the next step, or if you’re just curious to find out more about how we can work together, I warmly invite you to reach out for an initial consultation. Together we can explore the possibilities of transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and resilience.
