About me

Hello, my name is Vincent (he/him). I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. You may be experiencing difficulties in relationships, struggling with substance use, or exploring aspects of your sexuality. I also support clients with ADHD, codependency, and the impact of developmental trauma or grief. While these experiences are often deeply rooted, exploring them within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship can lead to meaningful insight and change.

I have particular experience supporting individuals with compulsive sexual behaviours. My previous work includes supporting people affected by or living with HIV at Positive East, and facilitating workshops on related themes at Body & Soul Charity.

My integrative approach draws from various modalities, including psychodynamic, attachment-based, person-centred, existential, and body psychotherapies. Together, we will connect past influences with present experiences, honouring the inherent link between your mind, body, and spirit throughout our work. You can read about my approach on my website.

Starting therapy can feel daunting. I am here to make this transition as comfortable and rewarding as possible, helping you find the safety you need to foster a deeper relationship with yourself and others, and strengthening your capacity to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling (UKCP-accredited) Expected 2026 (Final year) Middlesex University Minster Centre UKCP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling Awarded in 2022 The Minster Centre BACP Accredited

Summary of Experience

I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (BACP-accredited) from The Minster Centre, and I am currently in the final year of an MA in Relational Psychotherapy and Counselling (UKCP-accredited) at Middlesex University in collaboration with The Minster Centre. I am the founder of Therapy Centre East London, a therapeutic hub for healing and growth in the heart of Shoreditch. Alongside running the centre, I work in private practice and as a sessional therapist at Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone. In addition to my clinical work, I oversee operations for Loving Men+, an organisation that creates events and resources for cis and trans gay, bi and queer men, as well as non-binary people. Our work focuses on deepening connection, exploring intimacy, and strengthening community. More recently, I trained as a freedomDANCE facilitator, offering a form of conscious dance meditation that combines movement and mindfulness to support presence, embodiment, and authentic self-expression. My client group has been wide-ranging, including people from diverse cultures, genders, sexual orientations, religions and faiths. I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist working with and fully embracing diversity. I am bilingual and practice English and French.
