Hello, I’m Jane, an experienced NHS trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 12 years of experience helping hundreds of people overcome emotional difficulties and create lasting change.
Having worked extensively within NHS mental health services, I provide evidence-based CBT in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I am a BABCP(British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists). fully accredited Psychotherapist. Specialised in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
I hold a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology and postgraduate training PGCERT and PGDIP in Psychological Therapies (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy).
I have been working full-time within Adult NHS mental health services since 2008, and practising CBT since 2014 within the NHS Talking Therapies services. I have recently decided to branch out to private practice as I often get asked by clients if I offer this service.
I am professional but warm, friendly, and very down to earth.
