How I can help
You may know what you want to change, but not how to change it. Lasting change requires more than self-awareness – it only happens if we identify the specific factors maintaining the problem. Together, we identify what is keeping you stuck, use a clear psychological framework to understand how these factors interact, and apply evidence-based strategies to produce meaningful change. Less talking for the sake of it. More doing.

About me
From high-secure mental health hospitals to working as a mental health advisor for the University of Cambridge, my clinical experience spans a wide range of settings and individuals.
The UK private therapy sector is poorly regulated, making it difficult to distinguish between evidence-based practitioners and ‘having a chat’.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP), a standard that reflects extensive postgraduate training and supervised clinical practice.
I have worked across NHS specialist services, higher education, and private practice with individuals operating under very different levels of responsibility and public scrutiny. This has included people in senior leadership, professional sport, and public-facing roles, as well as those managing significant personal and social adversity.
All of my work is conducted with the highest standard of discretion and confidentiality in line with my professional and ethical guidelines.
