I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore what is troubling you and begin to understand your difficulties more clearly. I have many years of experience in psychotherapy, working across the NHS, charitable, educational, and private settings, supporting people with a wide range of emotional difficulties. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and together we can find ways to manage them more effectively.

My approach is psychodynamic, and I work with both individuals and couples.
I am also a qualified supervisor, with experience in voluntary, educational, public, and private health settings.
I am a senior accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the British Infertility Counselling Association. I am a Relate trained couples’ therapist and am accredited DIT therapist and supervisor with the British Psychoanalytical Council.
