How I can help
I offer in-person and remote therapy for individuals, couples and groups. I am a fully qualified counsellor, psychotherapist & trauma practitioner with over 20 years’ experience. I have specialist training in trauma therapy as an EMDR practitioner and I work with childhood adverse experiences, abuse, ptsd and complex ptsd. I help people with anxiety and depression; relationship issues, anger, work and personal related stress; loss of direction/confidence & much more. I am registered with many health insurance companies including Aviva , WPA, Axa & Bupa. I also offer critical incident/stress management for your employees, volunteers or group members. For one to one and couples’ therapy I offer a brief call free of charge before booking any appointments and I offer your initial session free of charge too.

About me
My therapeutic approach is flexible and creative; I adapt therapy to the needs of the client. I am an integrative therapist and I combine different methods from a number of psychological frameworks, including CBT and Person Centred. I have an interest in chronic conditions & the psychological, relational& emotional impact.
I have personal experience of trauma & anxiety, recovery, chronic illness, chronic fatigue and lots of therapy over the years so I know first hand how confusing, frightening, chaotic and lonely life can feel; through therapy and self-care I now see light, feel calm & appreciate the happy moments in every day.
