How I can help
My approach is person-centred, empathic, non-judgemental and supportive, creating a safe space where clients can explore difficult experiences at their own pace. I am experienced in both remote and face-to-face delivery, offering therapy through video, audio and telephone support. I also offer walking therapy in the central Melton Mowbray area only.
