About me

Hi – I’m Kyle!

I’m a Specialist Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

With over a decade of experience across NHS, private practice and third-sector organisations, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering assessment, formulation, and therapy across a range of neurodevelopmental and mental health needs. I am also the Clinical Director of The Neurodevelopmental Clinic, where I provide specialist, gold-standard assessments and support for neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions.

As a Clinical Psychologist, my work is integrative, meaning my approach is not about fitting you into a particular model or diagnosis. Instead, I work collaboratively and flexibly with you to tailor therapy to your needs, goals, and circumstances rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m interested in understanding how your difficulties have developed, what they mean within the context of your life, and what is likely to make a meaningful difference.

I specialise in neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD, Autism, Tourettes/Tics Disorder, and Intellectual Disabilities, alongside providing evidence-based therapy for a number of concerns:
– Adjustment to physical health conditions
– Anxiety
– Burnout and work-related stress
– Cultural identity and belonging
– Depression
– Emotional regulation and coping skills
– Family conflict
– Grief and bereavement
– Growth and self-development
– Identity and self-exploration
– Life transitions
– Loneliness and disconnection
– Low self-esteem and self-worth
– Men’s issues
– OCD
– Personality disorders
– PTSD
– Relationship challenges
– Stress and emotional overwhelm
– Trauma and complex trauma

My aim is to offer something different: a space where things are taken seriously, explained clearly, and worked through in a way that actually translates into daily life. I won’t promise quick fixes, but I will work with you to understand what’s going on and help you find ways of thinking, responding, and relating that feels more manageable and more like you.

With the right support, what once felt overwhelming can start to feel more manageable, and change becomes something you can actually begin to experience, not just hope for.

If you would like to learn more about me or my approach to support, book a free 15 minute chat and I am more than happy to answer questions and come up with a plan together.
