How I can help
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply not quite how you’d like it to be. You may be struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a supportive space where you can talk openly, make sense of what’s happening, and explore new ways forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape your life, helping you develop greater understanding, resilience, and choice. My aim is not just to help you cope with difficulties, but to support meaningful and lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, and families in NW5/N6 and online, and welcome people from all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities.

About me
I offer therapy in both English and German for adults, couples, adolescents, and families. I provide a warm, supportive and reflective space where we can explore current challenges, make sense of relationship patterns, and open up new perspectives that support meaningful and lasting change.
Alongside my clinical work, I co-founded and directed a lottery-funded Community Interest Company (CIC) between 2016 and 2025, supporting parents and families through structured parenting programmes. This work deepened my understanding of family systems, intergenerational dynamics, and the real-life pressures that shape family relationships.
I also facilitate Family Constellations workshops, offering a experiential approach to exploring family patterns, inherited dynamics, and emotional entanglements that may influence how we relate to ourselves and others today.
