How I can help
You may be feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and alone, unsure where to turn. You might find that those around you don’t quite get it. I’m here to listen, without judgement. You don’t need to mask, justify yourself, or have the right words. I’ll sit with you and help you feel less alone with whatever you’re carrying. I’m not here to fix you, because you’re not broken. We will figure out together what brought you to this point, help you make sense of your feelings and experiences, and work out what you need to make changes in your life, if that is what you want to do. I use an integrative approach, which means I draw on different theories and interventions in a way that’s tailored to your needs.

About me
I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent adults, whether formally diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring what neurodivergence might mean for them, as well as parents and carers of neurodivergent children, who often feel isolated, exhausted and weighed down by guilt. Many clients come to therapy after years of masking, constant self-criticism and trying to meet expectations that never quite fit. I’m dedicated and committed to working in a way that honours your identity and your experience.
