How I can help
I offer high-quality ADHD diagnostic assessments for adults, alongside post-assessment support to help you understand the outcome and decide what might help next. I also work therapeutically with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, chronic illness, pain or fatigue. I support neurodivergent adults, including those exploring diagnosis or wanting to build self-acceptance and coping strategies. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to you. I offer online sessions across the UK and internationally, with current availability. If you are unsure whether assessment or therapy is right for you, you are welcome to get in touch for an informal phone conversation.

About me
I offer high quality ADHD diagnostic assessments for adults – please enquire. I also work therapeutically with with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. I have specialist experience supporting people whose mental health is affected by chronic illness, pain or fatigue. I can support neurodivergent adults in therapy, including those exploring diagnosis or for people building self-acceptance and coping strategies. My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored. I offer online video sessions UK-wide and internationally, with current availability.
As well as ADHD diagnostic assessment, I can offer post-assessment support. I can meet with you for however many sessions you feel you need – starting with helping you make sense of things (assessment and formulation), then typically working in blocks of 3 therapy sessions at a time; with reflections, strategies and tools to help you move forward.
You might not be sure if assessment or therapy is right for you. Many people feel that way at first – you’re welcome to contact me and we can have an informal phone conversation, with no obligation.
