Training, qualifications & experience

I hold NCPS membership and completed a three-year integrative counselling diploma, drawing on Person-Centred, Gestalt, and CBT approaches. Alongside this, I trained in EFT, EMDR, and cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy.

I specialise in supporting clients with neurodivergence, trauma, and anxiety — including panic states, low self-esteem, PTSD, and difficulties adjusting to change. I also work with clients exploring what neurodivergence means for them, whether newly diagnosed or reflecting on a lifetime of feeling out of step with expected frameworks.

I work integratively, which means I don’t apply one fixed method to every client. Depending on what’s useful for you, our sessions might draw on talking therapy, EMDR for trauma and memories that feel “stuck,” EFT for anxiety and hard-to-articulate feelings, or hypnotherapy for patterns that haven’t shifted through conversation alone.

I work with adults (16+), in English or French, in person or online.

About me

I’m an integrative counsellor specialising in neurodivergence, trauma, and anxiety. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety and panic, phobias, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions, or the after-effects of trauma that haven’t fully settled even with time. Others are exploring what neurodivergence means for them — perhaps a late diagnosis, or a growing sense that the way their mind works hasn’t quite fit the frameworks they’ve been given.

I work integratively, which means there’s no single fixed method applied to every client — instead, how we work together depends on what’s genuinely useful for you at that point in time. Alongside core counselling, I draw on EFT, EMDR, and hypnotherapy: EMDR is specifically designed for trauma and memories that still feel “stuck”; EFT offers a gentle way into anxiety and feelings that are hard to put into words; hypnotherapy can help shift patterns that talking alone hasn’t quite reached.

Sessions are collaborative rather than clinical, with room for honesty, curiosity, and sometimes humour — difficult topics don’t always need a heavy atmosphere.
