You are here, so it looks like you need some help. I am here to support you as we work through whatever you would like to bring to the sessions to help move things forward. I am trying to write this without sounding pretentious and in a normal way. I hope that comes across. I am a fully qualified Level 5 (Advanced Diploma) with over 10 years of experience working/volunteering in mental health.
I am a 47-year-old man with lots of lived experience.
I am also the co-founder/co-ceo of mens mental health charity Talk Club.
