About me
About my approach
Hello I am Georgia, a qualified psychotherapist specialising in individuals, couples, and psychosexual therapy, providing a compassionate and grounded environment for exploration of what is truly significant. My practice is based on Integrative therapy, which entails examining not just symptoms but also delving into the deeper aspects of your values, beliefs, and sense of purpose. Whether you are facing personal challenges or seeking to enhance your relationship, our collaborative efforts will emphasise insight, emotional resilience, and reconnecting with your inner strength, while also allowing you to reflect on both past and present experiences.
In my role as a therapist, I have assisted individuals with a diverse array of issues, such as anxiety, career changes, low self-esteem,anxiety, addiction , OCD, neurodivergence, depression, disordered eating ,IVF and fertlity, hormonal challenges for women, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the effects of past experiences. My methodology encourages clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to cultivate healthier, more empowered ways of relating to themselves and others. Additionally, I work with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, and Dyslexia. As a therapist who has dyspraxia, I have been able to support neurodivergent clients and couples in managing their challenges, fostering acceptance and empowerment in their neurodiversity, while also assisting them in developing improved coping and management strategies.
I received my training at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), where I obtained my Diploma in Psychotherapy and completed specialised training in Couples Counselling. Furthermore, I have undergone training in Psychosexual Therapy at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology, which equips me to assist both individuals and couples in navigating intimacy, sexuality, and healing from sexual trauma.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, sexualities, genders, and religions, and I’m committed to offering a therapeutic space that is respectful, inclusive, and affirming of each person’s identity.
What I Offer
Individual Therapy – A warm, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. I help you identify underlying patterns, celebrate your strengths, and guide you toward personal growth and self-awareness.
Couples Therapy – I work with couples both online and in person, helping partners build stronger communication, shift unhelpful dynamics, and reconnect emotionally and physically. I welcome couples from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ relationships.
Psychosexual Therapy – Whether you’re facing challenges with intimacy, exploring sexual preferences, or healing from trauma, I offer a safe and empowering space to support your journey. Psychosexual therapy can be integrated into our sessions or offered as a dedicated focus.
Neurodivergent Friendly Therapy- As a Dyspraxic therapist, I bring a lived understanding of neurodivergence into the heart of my work. I offer a neurodivergent‑friendly therapeutic space that values flexibility, clarity, and collaboration, adapting sessions to each client’s processing style and sensory needs. My approach is warm, patient, and attuned to the unique ways neurodivergent minds experience the world, helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their own way of being.
