Training, qualifications & experience
I am a British Psychology Society (BPS) Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist, BPS Chartered Coaching Psychologist, HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist, and qualified Counsellor with over 20 years of experience helping people thrive in high-pressure environments. My approach combines evidence-based psychology with compassionate, person-centred therapy. I support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, low confidence, performance pressure, life transitions, and emotional challenges, while also helping them build resilience, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility. My therapeutic work draws on a range of approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) having previously worked with organisations including Canada Men’s National Team (including 2026 FIFA World Cup) Leeds United FC Men’s First Team, Tennis Australia Ladies, Lancashire Cricket – Women, UK Athletics, England Netball, and England Hockey, Qadsiah Women’s Football – Saudi Arabia, as well as Olympic and Professional Athletes, Performing Artists (including London West End) and business people (UK and International). I believe that the skills that help people perform at their best are often the same skills that help them live well: self-compassion, emotional resilience, confidence, focus, and meaningful connection. Whether you are seeking support for your mental health, navigating a challenging period in life, or striving to achieve your potential, I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space in which to explore, grow, and move forward.
Areas of interest: Anxiety, performance pressure, imposter syndrome, stage fright, stress management, confidence and self-esteem, resilience, life transitions, wellbeing, sport and performance psychology, leadership development, and personal growth.

About me
I work with people who perform under pressure, on the pitch, on stage or at work. Clients come to me with performance anxiety, stage fright, fear of failure or the yips, when a skill they’ve always relied on suddenly deserts them. Others are dealing with burnout, imposter syndrome or a loss of confidence after a setback. As a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and qualified counsellor, I’ve spent over 20 years working with Olympic and professional athletes, the premier league and international football, West End performers and business leaders. Together we build the confidence and resilience to perform well and live well.
