About me
I am a UK-qualified psychotherapist. My practice brings together psychotherapeutic methods with embodied, somatic work that centres the nervous system. Sessions explore thoughts, feelings, patterns and narratives, while also attending to how experience is held in the body, through talking and, where helpful, creative and movement-based exploration. My approach draws on humanistic, integrative, person-centred, psychodynamic, attachment-based, gestalt, relational, somatic and transactional analysis ways of working. I work with adults and older adults on an individual basis. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and online sessions via Microsoft Teams. While my practice is informed by extensive training and experience, my services also draw from multiple disciplines and are offered internationally as non-clinical, depth-oriented support.
