How I can help
I can help you if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement or loss. About me
I am a professionally qualified and BACP accredited therapist/counsellor working in South London (Bermondsey SE16 and Herne Hill SE24 ). I work face-to-face with clients or online. I am an integrative therapist, which means I use skills and techniques from more than one counselling theory.
I offer an empathetic and non-judgemental space in which to better understand your needs and concerns. I am always led by you and what you choose to bring each week and I am committed to offering an open, genuine counselling relationship. Please get in touch to arrange an initial session to explore your concerns and see if I am the best person to help.
