About me
I’m a BACP registered therapist based in South West London, offering a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore whatever is going on for you.
I work particularly with young men and young adults, including those who may be struggling with anxiety, low confidence, self-esteem, relationships, stress, motivation or significant changes in their lives. Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to friends or family about what you’re experiencing, or even to make sense of it yourself. Therapy can provide a space to slow things down, understand what is happening and work out what you want to do next.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process rather than something where you are simply told what to do.
I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions and difficulties around identity and confidence. I also have experience working with teenagers and young adults.
I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, particularly if you’ve never spoken to a therapist before. My aim is to make the process straightforward and comfortable, without judgement or pressure.
Whether you’re dealing with something specific or simply feel that things aren’t quite right at the moment, you’re welcome to get in touch and we can explore whether therapy might be helpful for you.
