About me
My previous role as a youth worker ultimately inspired me to train as a counsellor. Since qualifying I’ve had the opportunity to work with children, young people, and adults and I really value the diversity and richness that comes with supporting individuals across different stages of life.
I have a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling.
My practise is rooted in Person-Centred therapy and I specialise in Parts Work / Internal Family Systems. If you find yourself thinking “part of me really wants to, but part of me is nervous…” then Parts Work could be really helpful to help bring inner peace and a deep understanding of your thoughts and feelings.
