Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BACP-registered Psychotherapist and Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS), with over nine years of clinical and counselling experience. I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, an MS in Psychology, and a BS (Hons) in Applied Psychology. My experience includes working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, low self-esteem, and other emotional and psychological challenges. I work integratively, drawing upon Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Behavioural Activation, ACT, DBT-informed approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed interventions according to each client’s individual needs.
