How I can help
In my work I assisst clients in becoming more authentically themselves. Being able to know, own and be yourself is incredibly hard and can almost feel impossible. Often hardship and painful life experiences can feel like obstacles to self-acceptance, self-ownership and self-love. This space is designed for you to connect with yourself. Here, you are the expert of your own life. I see my role in walking not ahead of you but next to you as you move from a place of suffering or functioning to a space of flourishing. I don’t work within a diagnostic pathology model and therefore won’t try to ‘make sense of you’ through a diagnosis you may have received. Instead, I seek to understand your lived experience of it, and to develop a deep insight into what it is like to be you. It’s from such place of empathic understanding where the therapeutic work begins. Wherever I meet you on your journey – I look forward to meeting you right there.
