About me
I’m a BACP registered person centred counsellor offering online counselling to adults.
I support adults who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma, bereavement, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, parenting challenges or questions around identity.
I currently volunteer with the Road Victims Trust, I support people following fatal road collisions, giving me the experience of working alongside people experiencing grief, loss and trauma.
Although my sessions are online, I believe therapeutic connection isn’t dependent on being in the same physical space. Where it feels appropriate, we can explore creative ways of expressing thoughts and feelings – particularly when words don’t come easily.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation, giving us the opportunity to meet and see if counselling with me feels like the right fit
