How I can help
Anxiety, trauma, loss and low mood? When life changes shape, you needn’t cope alone. Perhaps something has knocked you off balance: a loss, or something you saw or went through that won’t leave you. Or it’s harder to name: a low mood that has quietly moved in, or an unease you can’t shake. You may have been coping alone for so long you’ve forgotten any other way. You don’t have to.

About me
I’m a registered member of the BACP and have been a qualified counsellor for over thirty years. In that time, I have learnt that no two people – or two journeys – are quite the same.
My original training was in psychodynamic counselling, which explores how our early experiences quietly shape the way we think, feel and relate to others as adults. It’s often surprising how much clarity this brings – patterns that once felt confusing start to make sense.
I continue to undertake regular professional development across a range of therapeutic approaches, so our work together can be shaped around you: your needs, your goals and your pace.
