How I can help
Change is possible; life can be lived in rich variety, not just survived. I offer therapy as a collaborative process to help you better understand yourself and what has happened to you, to process trauma, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate life’s challenges and meaning. Therapy offers a nurturing space to explore, be creative and grow. It won’t always be an easy journey, and requires being with, staying with, and not bypassing, life’s difficulties, while holding onto hope. Experimenting with change while retaining feelings of safety.

About me
I’m a BACP accredited integrative therapist. I currently have some availability for online sessions. Therapy with me is an active, collaborative dialogue. Because there is no universal solution to life’s complexities, I communicate in clear, accessible language. I work as your collaborative guide: I am here to help you navigate your most difficult challenges at your own pace, anchoring our sessions in absolute respect, deep empathy, and a light touch of genuine connection.
From our initial consultation, we will identify what brought you to therapy and clarify what you wish to change. Moving forward, we will explore the origin of your struggles and challenge the patterns keeping you stuck – feeling the same or repeating the same responses and relationships. Together, we will confront the barriers holding you back—such as a persistent inner critic, the impulse to people-please, or to withdraw — while constructing the firm boundaries and self-trust you deserve.
My role is to provide a highly secure, non-judgmental environment where you can safely articulate whatever is on your mind. Working together you can gain clarity and decide what you want to change. If you are ready for a dynamic, transformative partnership, I welcome the opportunity for us to work together.
