About me
I’m an integrative therapist trained in a combination of psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. This means that I will work with your current feelings, relationships and challenges, and bring understanding with the context of your childhood experiences, to make sense of who you are now. i work collaboratively with clients on a range of issues, including specialisms in LGBT+ issues, trauma and anxiety. I provide a calm and comfortable space for you to talk about whatever you want to bring, and we’ll work together to make sense of your feelings.
