How I can help

I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults who feel stuck, unhappy, or unfulfilled in their relationships or lives. You may be struggling with a difficult relationship, a major life transition, anxiety or low mood, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right. Sometimes life can look good on the outside while feeling very different internally. Psychodynamic therapy offers an opportunity to explore the thoughts, feelings, relationships, and patterns that may be shaping your experience. By developing a deeper understanding of yourself and what may be happening beneath the surface, it can become possible to make meaningful and lasting changes.

About me

I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Fitzrovia, central London, offering in-person therapy at 40 Fitzroy Square and online therapy across the UK.

I work with adults experiencing relationship difficulties, major life transitions, anxiety, low mood, and a sense of being stuck or unfulfilled. I have particular experience working with people navigating changes in their relationships, careers, or sense of direction, as well as those adjusting to life between cultures or following relocation.

My approach is psychodynamic. Together, we explore the thoughts, feelings, relationships, and experiences that shape how you understand yourself and relate to others, including patterns that may operate outside of conscious awareness. Developing a deeper understanding of these patterns can create the possibility for meaningful and lasting change.

I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and a member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists (TSP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold postgraduate qualifications in Foundations of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Intercultural Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. Before moving to London, I practised in New York and bring nearly 20 years of experience working with adults in a variety of clinical settings, 10 in private practice.
