How I can help
Are you struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationships, menopause or difficult life changes? Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, putting everyone else’s needs before your own, or finding it difficult to understand how you’re feeling. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard and explore whatever is troubling you. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, relationship difficulties or simply feeling lost, we can work together to help you better understand yourself, build confidence and find a way forward at your own pace.

I have experience providing one-to-one counselling in person and online in my private practice and through an NHS Talking Therapies service, supporting adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges.
My experience includes but is not limited to working with clients facing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, loss and significant life changes.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to provide support tailored to each person’s individual needs.
I have also undertaken additional training in menopause-informed counselling, developing my understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges that can arise during perimenopause and menopause.
Alongside my counselling work, I have developed and deliver Early Years Staff Wellbeing Training, supporting nursery teams to better understand mental wellbeing, manage stress and build emotional resilience.

About me
I’m an integrative counsellor and founder of Kind Therapy, offering a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel listened to, understood and accepted without judgement. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, recognising that no two people or experiences are the same.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, loss and challenging life transitions. I also have additional training in menopause awareness and understand the emotional impact this stage of life can have on confidence, identity, relationships and wellbeing.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences, developing greater self-awareness and finding ways to move forward.
At Kind Therapy, my philosophy is simple: By your side, step by step.
