How I can help

I am a trained Systemic Psychotherapist and Family Therapist, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapy (AFSP) with an MA in Systemic Psychotherapy. I work alongside children, families, couples and adults, helping navigate change, complexity and the things that feel stuck. My style is curious, grounded and straightforward: I don’t arrive with a formula, and I won’t sit silently while you do all the work. Together we look at how each person’s difficulties connect to their relationships, culture and experiences, so that change makes sense in the context of real life. Many of the ways we respond to stress, conflict and closeness are learned long before we notice them. They are shaped by early family life and the attachments we form as children, and are often passed down through generations. Understanding those patterns can make it easier to choose something different. Whether I am working with a family, a couple or an individual, the aim is the same: to strengthen communication, identify strengths and find a way through periods of stress or breakdown, and develop new ways of understanding and supporting one another, in a space that is safe, reflective and focused on lasting change.

About me

I am a trained Systemic Psychotherapist and Family Therapist, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapy (AFSP) with an MA in Systemic Psychotherapy.

My clinical background spans CAMHS/NHS Family and Mental Health teams, school and community settings, and I bring a systemic lens to how family, school and peer relationships shape a young person’s sense of identity. I have experience in working with mixed-heritage children and families.

Before training as a therapist, I built a career in the corporate world, and I offer executives and senior professionals a confidential space to work through stress, burnout and the sense of running on empty, and to look at how work pressures spill into home and family life.
