How I can help
I offer compassionate support for people facing stress, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, motivation challenges, self-esteem concerns, and confidence issues. I work from a person-focused perspective that recognises each client as the expert of their own story and emphasises the strengths they already bring to the work. I encourage clients to build on those strengths to navigate challenges and make meaningful changes in their lives.
