About me

I largely work in a non-directive way, empowering you to take responsibility for your own life. This can feel daunting and frustrating when you want a quick fix, but I believe it is the best route to long term empowerment, tolerating painful emotions and rediscovering your sense of self.

As an integrative therapist I use different ideas to cater to you as an individual including exploring your childhood, creative explorations, working with parts, the drama triangle, developing self compassion, psychoeducation and body awareness.
