About me

I’m Sanah Younis, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and psychotherapist with over 11 years’ experience working in mental health. I practise at The Lyceum Clinic in West London, where I see adults in person in Acton and Kensington, and I also work online with clients across the UK.

How I can help

I offer structured, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults experiencing anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic, phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, depression and low mood, stress and burnout, low self-esteem, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, chronic pain and addictions. My work is neurodivergence-informed, so I adapt therapy to the way you think and process.

We start with a thorough clinical assessment and build a shared formulation together, so you understand what keeps your difficulties going. From there we use evidence-based CBT to change the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that hold you back, at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions and fees

Sessions last 50 minutes. Online sessions are £110 and face to face sessions are £140. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for before you commit. There is no block booking – you book session by session, with 24 hours’ cancellation notice.

In person sessions take place at 14 Hooper’s Mews, Acton, London W3 6AJ and 24 Stanley Gardens, Kensington, London W11 2NQ.
