About me

I am a dedicated therapist with experience in both online and face-to-face counselling. My focus lies in offering personalised support and helping individuals and couples navigate through challenges such as anxiety and depression.

I create a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where my clients can freely explore their emotions and needs. Drawing from psychodynamic principles, I offer a safe environment where we can uncover the roots of your struggles and the dynamics of your relationships. Together, we’ll navigate through unconscious patterns that influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, fostering greater self-understanding and acceptance.

As a member of the professional body BACP, I uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring that my practice is inclusive, affirmative, and respectful of all identities. My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive and I am committed to continuing my professional development by continually undertaking courses in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be challenging. I believe that to understand people and their challenges, it is important to understand the systems and relationships they are a part of. As your therapist, I’m here to support you every step of the way, fostering an environment of respect, agency, and mutual understanding. Together, we’ll work towards greater self-awareness, acceptance, and ultimately, positive change.
