How I can help
I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist based in London, offering weekly therapy to individuals and couples both in person and online. My work focuses on how early experiences and relationships shape current patterns, anxiety, low mood and difficulties in connection. I practise within ethical guidelines, undertake regular supervision and ongoing training, and have supported many clients to make lasting changes in how they relate to themselves and others.

About me
When life feels challenging, daunting or unfulfilling, it’s usually a result of trauma, difficult life events or relational issues. This can make you feel anxious, depressed and not quite yourself. Trauma sounds scary, but it isn’t always what you think it is. Trauma can be the result of a big, dramatic event in your life, and sometimes, it’s an accumulation of adverse life experiences. You might feel a bit alone, disconnected or misunderstood, and you probably picked up some negative thoughts and habits as a way to cope.
You can overcome this. You can work through the coping mechanisms that no longer work for you. You can feel lighter and more at ease in life. You can fully believe and feel that you are good enough. I know because I’ve seen it happen many, many times — and now, I’d love to help you get there too.
Many of my clients live good lives, but don’t feel the way they know they could. There’s an emotional discrepancy between their external and internal world, and they don’t fully know the reasons why. If this discrepancy isn’t addressed, it may result in panic attacks, anxiety, depression, addiction, declining quality of relationships and more.
