About me
I work with couples and individuals who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and want to create meaningful change in how they feel, connect, and relate.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic methods depending on your individual needs. I combine elements of humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and I also pay close attention to what’s happening in your body, because our minds and bodies work as one.
Together, we explore your history and begin to understand where certain patterns may have started. With greater self-awareness and insight, we can then experiment with new, more helpful ways of being—supporting change that feels authentic and lasting.
I am accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework. I have an advanced diploma in integrative counselling and certificate in relationship therapy. I am also enhanced DBS checked.
