How I can help
I am a fully accredited psychotherapist with a background in Social Psychology and Clinical Hypnotherapy, working online with adults across the UK. My integrative approach draws on Person‑Centred Therapy, CBT, Attachment Theory, mindfulness, deep‑mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, allowing me to tailor the work to each client’s needs rather than fitting them into a single model. I offer long‑term therapy as well as ad‑hoc and one‑off sessions for clients who need focused support around a specific issue or moment in time. I have extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety, stress, low mood, self‑esteem, relationship patterns, life transitions, and the deeper emotional themes that sit beneath recurring difficulties. My practice centres on creating a steady, grounded therapeutic space where clients feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and make meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with training in Person-Centred Therapy, CBT and Attachment Theory, alongside Clinical Hypnotherapy and mindfulness-based approaches. My integrative training allows me to draw from these approaches according to each client’s individual needs, rather than relying on one therapeutic model. I work with anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma and recurring emotional or behavioural patterns. I also have experience supporting teenagers and young adults, alongside adults and groups. I maintain ongoing professional development, regular supervision and reflective practice to ensure my work remains ethical, grounded and responsive.

About me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist offering a calm, steady space where you can speak freely, feel genuinely heard and explore what is happening for you without judgement. I work collaboratively, supporting you to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences, including those that may feel difficult or hard to unravel.
My integrative approach brings together three core therapeutic strands: the relational depth of Person-Centred Therapy, the practical tools of CBT, and the insight of Attachment Theory. I also draw on mindfulness, Deep Mindfulness and Clinical Hypnotherapy where appropriate. Rather than expecting you to fit a particular model, I tailor our work to you and what you need.
Together, we can explore both what you’re experiencing now and the deeper patterns or past experiences that may be influencing how you feel today. My style is warm, grounded and gently clarifying. Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship matters – you need to feel that we connect, that you can trust me, and that I am the right fit for you.
