How I can help
I am a fully accredited psychotherapist with a background in Social Psychology and Clinical Hypnotherapy, working online with adults across the UK. My integrative approach draws on Person‑Centred Therapy, CBT, Attachment Theory, mindfulness, deep‑mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, allowing me to tailor the work to each client’s needs rather than fitting them into a single model. I offer long‑term therapy as well as ad‑hoc and one‑off sessions for clients who need focused support around a specific issue or moment in time. I have extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety, stress, low mood, self‑esteem, relationship patterns, life transitions, and the deeper emotional themes that sit beneath recurring difficulties. My practice centres on creating a steady, grounded therapeutic space where clients feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and make meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

About me
I am an integrative psychotherapist with nearly 10 years’ experience, offering a calm, steady space where you can speak freely and feel genuinely met. My approach is to create a safe and compassionate environment in which you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I work collaboratively and gently, supporting you to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and to develop a clearer, kinder relationship with yourself.
Integrative therapy is the art of blending three main strands of therapeutic work: the relational depth of Person‑Centred Therapy, the practical tools and structure of CBT, and the insight of Attachment Theory. I also draw on mindfulness, deep‑mindfulness, and clinical hypnotherapy where appropriate. This flexible approach allows me to tailor the work to your unique needs rather than expecting you to fit a single model. Together, we explore both present‑day challenges and the deeper patterns that may be shaping them, creating space for meaningful and sustainable change.
Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and gently clarifying. I aim to help you feel understood without pressure, supported without judgement, and empowered to reconnect with your own steadiness and self‑trust.
