About me

I am an existential psychotherapist which means that I approach the difficulties that are brought to therapy as human challenges of living, rather than a pathology or illness. It also means that I draw on the reflections and philosophies of other humans from across history and the world to find different ways of thinking about and living through life’s challenges.

My aim is to offer a space and relationship in which you can slow down and tune in to what is going on beyond the surface noise. You may be feeling stuck, spinning your wheels on a particular challenge, or moving through life in a trance. You may simply want to explore and understand yourself a bit better, or there may be some change that you are struggling to make happen. Together, we will slow down and attend to the aspects of your experience that have been unheard, bring clarity to things that have been confused, and identify possibilities for different choices and meaning.

If you are interested in working with me, I offer a free introductory meeting (via video or where possible, in person) for you can get a sense of how I work and to discuss any questions or concerns you have. Just send me an email so we can arrange a time to speak.
