If you’re feeling anxious, lost, low, sad, or you think you might be depressed, and you’re looking for someone who will listen to you, support you, and help you make sense of what’s going on in your life, please get in touch.
I put respect, listening and integrity at the heart of what I do. I offer you a confidential, safe and supportive space to talk about your feelings and what is going on in your life.
Sometimes problems can happen quite suddenly after a life event like a loss, bereavement, financial and work worries, or a relationship break-up.
Sometimes it feels like the problem has always been there but it’s got worse, or that now is the time to act.
Whether the problems are new, or feel like they have always been there, I will work with you to process what’s going on today, how that might relate to things that have happened in the past, and how you can make changes to live a more fulfilling life in the future.
I’m an experienced, qualified and BACP senior accredited therapist (MBACP Snr Accred). I work with people who have anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, social anxiety, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, stress, feeling sad and depression among other issues.
I believe that no matter how tough and upsetting life feels right now, there is hope, that we can work together to help you move forward. Perhaps, by looking on this site, you’re saying to yourself that you want things to be better, that you have hope that they can change.
If you have questions about how we could work together, I am very happy to have a chat on the phone or by email, with no obligation. We can then arrange an initial consultation session.
I am available to see you in-person in Clerkenwell, London EC1 (near to Farringdon and the Angel Islington in London N1) and in St Albans, a few minutes walk from St Albans City train station.
Online (Google Meet, WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, FaceTime etc) and phone sessions are available.
I offer long-term, open-ended therapy or short-term, depending on what is best for each client and what works for you. It’s generally once-weekly but we can discuss that being more, or less, frequent if you wish.

I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist and a senior accredited member MBACP (Snr Accred) of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am an experienced and qualified therapist, and a BACP Senior Accredited member (MBACP Snr Accred), offering a confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly about what is going on in your life. People often come to therapy when they feel anxious, low, overwhelmed or unsure about the direction their life is taking, sometimes after a significant event such as a loss, relationship break-up, or work or financial stress. I work with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship challenges, social anxiety and issues with self-esteem or confidence. In our work together we will look at what is happening for you now, how it may connect to past experiences, and how you can begin to move forward in a way that feels meaningful and manageable. I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, in person in Clerkenwell (EC1) and St Albans, as well as online and phone sessions.
Your message will be sent directly to this therapist’s inbox.
