Summary of Experience

I am an experienced psychotherapist working across both the NHS and private practice, supporting adults who want to better understand their emotions, relationships and patterns in their lives. My work focuses on helping you explore how your feelings about yourself and others, including family, friends and colleagues, may be shaped by earlier experiences that still affect you today. In a confidential and supportive space, we will think together about your concerns, process difficult emotions and gently explore the different parts of yourself, including areas where you may want support or change. This work can help you recognise patterns, develop greater resilience and move forward with a clearer understanding of yourself and your relationships. I offer a free 15-minute phone call before booking a consultation so you can ask any questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
