I’m a Chartered Psychologist based in the UK, offering therapy to adults who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I aim to provide a calm, thoughtful space where you can speak openly about what is going on in your life without feeling judged or rushed.
Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or because something in their life has become difficult to manage alone. In our work together we take time to explore what may be contributing to these difficulties, including current pressures, past experiences, and the way you relate to yourself and others.
My approach is collaborative and reflective. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation where you feel heard, respected, and able to think more clearly about your experiences. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feel that something in your life is not quite right, therapy can help you develop greater awareness and new ways of responding.

MSc in Psychology
I work mainly with professionals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety and pressure at work. Many of my clients arrive feeling exhausted, constantly overthinking, and worried they are about to burn out. Through therapy we focus on understanding the patterns that drive this pressure and developing ways to feel calmer, more confident, and able to set healthier boundaries
