How I can help
I am an integrative psychotherapist providing counselling and psychotherapy across a range of contexts in the private and public sectors and offer short- and long-term therapy in London Bridge, South West London and online (via Zoom). Experience I have provided counselling and psychotherapy for various charities, like: – Mind, a UK mental health charity, a UK-based specialised residential charity for people with complex needs, – a London-based charity offering counselling to women. Beyond psychotherapy, I have been working for the last 15+ years in the corporate sector as a marketing research consultant. I understand the challenges of balancing the demands at a 9-5 job with family, personal relationships and personal growth. Qualifications I have a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute (London, UK), validated by Middlesex University. I am a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their codes of conduct and ethical principles.

About me
Hello and welcome. I am Alexia, an Accredited Psychotherapist, and fellow traveller in life.
Life can be challenging at times and this can lead us to feeling lost, upset, angry, confused, overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, depressed and unsure if we can cope with everyday challenges and/or bigger decisions.
Sometimes it is clear why we feel this way, for example:
– financial pressures,
– health concerns,
– family relationships, and/or
– work-related issues.
Other times it feels like these feelings can come out of nowhere.
Whether short-term or deeply entrenched, our problems can feel all absorbing, leaving us feeling stuck, depleted, with low self-esteem and decreased ability to make the most of life. In other periods, we can feel curious and want to understand better how we create our patterns in our life, why we make the decisions we do (or the ones we don’t) and/or how we build meaningful relationships.
Whatever your reasons for exploring if therapy would be helpful for you, you will find a warm, non-judgemental space in our sessions together.
