Her approach is integrative, combining a psychodynamic understanding of the self with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, CFT, ACT, and mindfulness. She is also the creator of a proprietary framework — Move, Breathe, Release, Reimagine — which integrates physical activity, breathwork, guided visualisation, and psychotherapy to facilitate deeper emotional processing and sustainable behavioural change.
