About me

I want to help you rediscover yourself. There are so many parts of our past and our present that can take us far from where and who we would like to be – I view one of the main goals of psychotherapy as helping to guide us back.

I work in an integrative way – this means I don’t subscribe to a single idea or theory that explains everything about what might cause our problems. Instead, I’m interested in how thinking about your life from a range of different perspectives and helping to re-connect the parts of you that might feel lost.
