How I can help
I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor registered with the BACP, with training in Psychosynthesis and a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford, where I specialised in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. Alongside my training, I bring lived experience of burnout, trauma, anxiety, grief, and adult-diagnosed ADHD, which informs a grounded and compassionate approach. I support clients, including those who are neurodiverse, to better understand themselves, move away from unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with what feels meaningful.

About me
Are you stuck, finding life hard to manage or struggling with neurodiversity? Work with me to reconnect with your authentic self. Now in recovery from working as a lawyer, I have spent the last quarter of my life working with people to put them back together in a way that works for them. I have personally experienced stress related burnout, workplace trauma, major depression, anxiety, and grief, on top of an adult diagnosis of attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD). It was years before I really understood what being neurodiverse means and the different way that my mind works.
Alongside my BACP qualification as a therapeutic counsellor in Psychosynthesis, I use practices from Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy that I learned as part of my master’s degree at Oxford University.
Together we can work to find the real person you essentially are, helping to reconnect you with the things that bring you joy, rather than getting stuck on automatic pilot, playing parts and roles in life that don’t work for you any longer. You don’t need to be unwell to benefit from psychosynthesis or mindfulness, although most people come to therapy when something gets stuck or unworkable in their lives. Whatever your reason to seek help, I believe in reconnecting you with what makes your heart sing.
