How I can help

I am a qualified Therapeutic Counsellor with experience supporting children, teenagers and young adults across school, community and independent settings. I currently provide counselling to young people aged 12–16 and have experience working with clients up to the age of 25.
My experience includes supporting clients with anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, anger, bullying, friendships and relationships, identity, stress and challenging life experiences. I also have experience supporting vulnerable young people and those with additional or complex needs.
Alongside counselling, my mentoring work with young people in care and those known to Children’s Social Care has strengthened my understanding of safeguarding, trauma, risk, professional boundaries and the importance of building safe and trusting relationships. I work from a person-centred approach, adapting my support to the individual needs of each client.
