I trained in integrative counselling and psychotherapy, which means I draw on a range of approaches — humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic — depending on what works best for you. I am committed to anti-oppressive and affirming practice, and welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities and orientations.

Summary of Experience
MBACP-accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in south-east London. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University and an undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Manchester. Her practice is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-affirming, and she has experience working with domestic abuse (both victim and perpetrator perspectives).
