About me
I am a BACP-registered counsellor based in West Malling, Kent, with over 25 years of experience supporting people through some of life’s most difficult challenges. I work integratively, drawing from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic therapies within a trauma-informed framework. My particular passion is in helping people who have experienced childhood trauma to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships — both with themselves and with others. I also have extensive experience working with substance misuse and addiction. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see whether working together feels right.
