Person-centred therapy places you at the centre of the work — I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and that given the right conditions of safety, acceptance, and genuine understanding, you have the capacity to find your own way forward. I work with people on a short-term or open-ended basis, depending entirely on what feels right for you. My practice covers a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, women’s issues, addiction, and life transitions. I offer a free 15-minute introductory consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
