I have always been fascinated by how I feel around different people, and how my own life experiences shape (for good or ill) how I related to others. Through my own therapy journey, I have seen the profound impact that therapy can have on how we view ourselves, others and the world around us. When I found out about attachment theory, it was a light bulb moment – suddenly, my experiences and struggles made sense. It went on to profoundly shape my own personal development and my work as a psychotherapist and supervisor.
