I am an integrative psychotherapist in London with extensive experience supporting people through stress, transitions, identity questions, and the emotional challenges of demanding careers. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you can feel safe enough to explore what is happening in your life with honesty and curiosity.
I work with clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and have a particular interest in intercultural therapy—supporting individuals who are navigating more than one culture, living between worlds, or working through the complexities of belonging. As a native speaker, I also offer therapy in Turkish.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent many years practicing as a lawyer. This gives me a close understanding of the realities of corporate life—its pressures, expectations, and the emotional toll it can take. Many of the people I work with today are professionals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves in the midst of high-pressure environments.
My work is fully collaborative: we co-create the therapeutic process together and decide on a direction that best serves your needs and pace. I bring openness, respect, and a non-judgmental attitude to our sessions, with the hope that it helps you feel understood and able to speak freely.
