About me
I work with individuals and couples to help them learn more about themselves and their relationships and to identify troubling thoughts, emotions and behaviours which lead to unhappiness in their day-to-day lives. I have worked as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with individuals and couples with complex needs on the NHS since 2016. I started my training in counselling skills at WPF and continued at The Tavistock and Portman where I completed Foundations of Psychodynamic Theory and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with Couples. I am a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), I abide by their code of ethics.
